What's a Home Energy Audit?
- It determines reasons for high electric and gas bills.
- It determines reasons for temperature differences between rooms.
- It determines reasons for discomfort levels.
- It detects air quality issues such as dust, mold or drafts.
- It detects if your A/C, furnace or heating system is constantly cycling (on).
When do I see the results?
After the initial test, we will take your results and make a report within a few days. We will then send you this report and discuss it with you in depth. The entire process will only take a few days. After making the recommended improvements, you should see results on your next energy bill.
How much does it cost?
The complete test costs $300 for houses with one heating and cooling system. With multiple systems there is a small additional fee. Please see our Rates page for more information.
